A full team of nerds from Richland Library put together the Otakucon, an anime convention at Southeast. I organized the arts & crafts portion. I came up with some super simple, yet satisfying cosplay pieces you can make with just construction paper, foam, and elastic hair ties, including Naruto headbands, cat ears, and devil horns.
